Loading DSB for Tekvac

Steps:

1. prepare for reload (get out DSB bottle from refrigerator, find an appropraite stand, get wrenches, get metal gasket, get funnel, get another person to help etc.)
2. isolate turbo! (close TV)
3. undo 1/2 VCR connection immediately above DSB ampoule on TekVac (working at TekVac).
4. transport ampoule to fume hood.
5. load DSB (via funnel) 2/3 height of the ampoule in fume hood.
6. transport ampoule to TekVac.
7. secure ampoule to TekVac (via 1/2 VCR with fresh gasket).
8. freeze, pump, thaw, through the TekVac vacuum system (use valve route that goes above mfc and pump - with mech pump only for the first few cycles - through the tube itself).
